The BETA STEEL 2018 Catalogue offers a variety of office furniture. Each item is shown with a commercial price. BETA STEEL will only accept and approve orders issued by the Company itself.
The Company holds the right to make changes and specifications in its item, which will be indicated in the order confirmation.
1 - ORDERS
The orders must be submitted in writing to be controlled and confirmed by BETA STEEL.
2 - PRICES, PACKAGING AND DELIVERY TERMS
The listed wholesale prices for BETA STEEL headquarters which are located in Lonigo, Vicenza (Italy) do not include VAT. The merchandise comes with standard packaging which is included in the wholesale price. If previously requested a special packaging can be provided with a specific quotation. The merchandise will be shipped at the buyer’s responsibility regarding price, which include conditions of delivery and unloading.
BETA STEEL is not responsible for possible delays in its production schedule. Cancellation of orders and compensation of merchandise are not allowed.
3 - PAYMENT
BETA STEEL will only accept payments directly to its headquarters or confirmed bank orders. If payments are not made as agreed by BETA STEEL, the Company will consider any sale suspended or terminated without prejudice. Therefore the buyer will hold nor right to compensation claims. Any legal action will be solely held by the buyer’s responsibility.
4 - CLAIMS AND REPLACEMENT
Claims issued on the number of packages and damaged merchandise during shipping or handling must be addressed directly to the carrier, in written delivery documents endorsed by the buyer.
Any other claim must be submitted within 7 days after delivery, before assemblage or/and use. Any other claim submitted after this period will not be accepted. Claims issued do not justify delay n the payment agreement. BETA STEEL will notify the buyer of the conditions of replacement or eventual reimbursement.
5 - VARIATIONS ON ITEM LINES
BETA STEEL holds the right to modify the technical and aesthetic characteristics of its production line. Hence the buyer has no claims on discontinued or modified merchandise.
6 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND JURISDICTION
Any changes to the general terms and conditions must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
Only the Court of Vicenza, Italy, will have jurisdiction in settling any dispute.
